The Rockin Brews Marathon is now in its 3rd year, the event draws people from almost every US state and from many Countries around the World. The 2019 event will draw in more than 2000 runners and spectators.

The Rockin Brews Marathon is produced by Madison Events, Inc and benefits Run Strong Madison, Inc., a 501(c)3 charity based in Madison, WI. When you participate, you help draw more people to the event and a large portion of registration fees will go to Run Strong Madison, Inc. Run Strong takes funds collected and distributes the money to local children’s charities. Thank you for being a part of the Rockin Brews Marathon. You can defer your stipend and donate it to Run Strong Madison, Inc if you prefer.
You may bring cans, bottles or barrels.
I will bring enough beer, mead or cider to pour from 11am-5pm
I will still bring the required beers, meads or ciders but would like to donate the stipend to Run Strong Madison, Inc. instead
BREWERY PROVIDES:Enough product for 4 hours. Cans & bottles are preferred but kegs are fine. 1 to 2 Knowledgeable Staff pouring and managing your booth at all times during the event. Any Marketing and Promotional items that you wish to give away (not required) Tapping and cooling equipment, tubs, C02 and other necessary equipment A Dump Bucket for beer samples not consumed (optional)A Rinse Bucket (optional)Your Branded Merchandise to sell (no prepared food or alcohol sales permitted at the event)EVENT PROVIDES:10'x10' booth inside the main tent.8' TableListing in Festival Guide and on website including logo & link and items being servedEvent posters and marketing material to promote the eventStipend of $30020# bags of ice. Please try to keep it between 6 & 8 bags4 complimentary Vendor Passes for your staff.
RULES & STIPEND:You must be set-up and ready to serve by 9:45am.At least one person must staff your booth at all times from 9:45am to 2pm.Last Call is at 2:45. You must stop pouring and start breaking down. You will be able to unload, load and park right at the tent entranceYou will check-in and turn in your invoice from 8-9:30am.All barrels must be taken with you.You are responsible for cleaning up your booth. Please make sure no trash or equipment is left behind.
