On Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend, the 15th Annual Brat Fest Bun Run, Kid's Run, 5K Walk & Hot Dog Jog will occur at Willow Island in Madison, WI. We need all hands on deck for these events. Please donate some of your time to help if you can.

VOLUNTEER
If you can lend a couple of hours of your time to help with this fun, family event, please choose one of the available volunteer positions below. Thank you.

  • You will help set-up the packet pick-up. You will help hand out race bibs, goodie bags and t-shirts to the participants of the Bun Run or Dog Jog. You will help participants register for the events.

  • You will help tear-down the packet pick-up. You will help hand out race bibs, goodie bags and t-shirts to the participants of the Bun Run or Dog Jog. You will help participants register for the events.

  • You will lead the runners of the 10K Bun Run around the course. After you bring the 1st place runner across the finish line, you will do a final sweep of the course to make sure all runners have finished.

  • You will lead the runners of the 5K Bun Run around the course. After you bring the 1st place runner across the finish line, you will do a final sweep of the course to make sure all runners have finished.

  • You will help set up and tear down the packet pick-up, hand out race bibs and t-shirts to the participants of the Bun Run or Dog Jog, register participants for the events, set up the start/finish line area, and hand out bottled water, bananas, and other foods to runners as they cross the finish line.

  • You will stand at a point on the 5K or 10K course where runners need additional guidance. You will ensure they turn in the right direction so they don't go off course.

  • You will fill water cups and hand them out to the participants as they run by you.

LIABILITY: I assume all risks associated with volunteering in the Brat Fest Run/Walk including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, traffic, and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my service for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Brat Fest Run/Walk , Madison Events Production, LLC, the City Of Madison, the County of Dane and all advertisers, sponsors, their representatives and successors, from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: I grant permission to Madison Events Production, LLC for the use of my image or likeness in any recording of this event to be used for advertising, marketing or other legal manners of promotion.
