LIABILITY: I assume all risks associated with running in the Fantasy 5K Run & Walk including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including rain, snow, ice and/or sub-zero temperatures, traffic, and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I am aware that the medical support for this event may be volunteers who will be prepared to administer first aid assistance. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Holiday Fantasy In Lights Celebration, the Fantasy 5K Run/Walk , Madison Events Production, LLC, the City Of Madison, the County of Dane and all volunteers, advertisers, sponsors, their representatives and successors, from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: I grant permission to Madison Events Production, LLC for the use of my image or likeness in any recording of this event to be used for advertising, marketing or other legal manners of promotion.
