BREWERY APPLICATION

Your Participation Helps Others!

The Rockin Brews Marathon is produced by Madison Events, Inc and benefits Run Strong Madison, Inc., a 501(c)3 charity based in Madison, WI. When you participate, you help draw more people to the event and a large portion of registration fees will go to Run Strong Madison, Inc. Run Strong takes funds collected and distributes the money to local children’s charities. Thank you for being a part of the Rockin Brews Marathon. 

You may bring cans, bottles or barrels. 

  • I will bring enough beer, mead or cider to pour from 10 am-2 pm

BREWERY PROVIDES:
Enough product for 4 hours. Cans, bottles or kegs are fine.
1 to 2 Knowledgeable Staff pouring and managing your booth at all times during the event.
Any Marketing and Promotional items that you wish to give away (not required)
Tapping and cooling equipment, tubs, C02 and other necessary equipment
A Dump Bucket for beer samples not consumed (optional)
A Rinse Bucket (optional)
Your Branded Merchandise to sell (no prepared food or alcohol sales permitted at the event)

EVENT PROVIDES:
10'x10' booth inside the main tent.
8' Table
Listing on website including logo & link and items being served
Stipend of $500
20# bags of ice.
4 complimentary Vendor Passes for your staff.

RULES & STIPEND:
You must be set-up and ready to serve by 9:45am.
At least one person must staff your booth at all times from 9:45am to 2pm.
Last Call is at 1:45. You must stop pouring and start breaking down.
You will be able to unload, load and park right at the tent entrance
You will check-in between 8-9:30am.
All barrels must be taken with you.


Terms & Agreements

WAIVER:
I have read the rules listed above. I waive and release, Run Strong Madison, Inc, Rockin Brews Marathon, Madison Events, Inc, the City Of Monona, the County of Dane, all Volunteers, Advertisers, Sponsors, their Representatives and Successors, from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I also understand and agree that this event will occur, rain or shine and there are no refunds for any reason unless the event is cancelled in advance by the organizers. I grant permission to Madison Events, LLC for the use of my image or likeness in any recording of this event to be used for advertising, marketing or other legal manners of promotion.
