The 7th annual Bacon & Brews Festival is produced by Madison Events and their partner non-profit, Run Strong Madison, Inc, a 501(c)3 charity based in Madison, WI. A portion of ticket sales goes to Run Strong Madison which pays local charities who provide the volunteers for this event. Thank you for being a part of Bacon & Brews. You can defer your stipend and donate it to Run Strong Madison, Inc if you prefer.
The booth deposit will be refunded after the event. You will receive a check for $1000 which will cover your deposit and an $800 stipend.
You will receive your $200 deposit and the $800 stipend 1-2 weeks after the festival. An invoice must be received before May 30th, 2020.

RULESYou must provide 1 serving of each of your menu items (for judging) to the organizer before June 15th.(we will schedule the sampling with you). We will take photos and judge your dish at this time.You must provide your detailed menu before June 15th All food must use bacon as the main ingredient.You must serve sample-sized portions from 1-5pm.You are not permitted to sell food or drinks.You may sell your branded merchandise.You must bring your own tables, chairs & extension cord(s) for power (50').Move in is between 9am and 11:45am.You must be set up and ready to serve by 1pm.You will serve food from 1-5pm but can serve after 5 if you have food remaining.You must have the proper Health Dept Permits and pass inspection before the festival begins.You must have a fully functional hand washing station in your booth.All grease must be dumped in the grease bin provided.You are responsible for all clean up in your booth area.You will receive a check for $1000 ($800 plus your $200 deposit) at the end of the festival.
