The 7th annual Bacon & Brews Festival is produced by Madison Events and their partner non-profit, Run Strong Madison, Inc, a 501(c)3 charity based in Madison, WI. A portion of ticket sales goes to Run Strong Madison which pays local charities who provide the volunteers for this event. Thank you for being a part of Bacon & Brews. You can defer your stipend and donate it to Run Strong Madison, Inc if you prefer.

BREWERY PROVIDES:Enough product for 6 hours of sampling. The first two hours is limited to 500 Early Entry customers. Cans, bottles and kegs are fine. 1 to 2 Knowledgeable Staff pouring and managing your booth at all times during the event.A 10x10 tent with weights or stakes. Any Marketing and Promotional items that you wish to give away (not required) Tapping and cooling equipment, tubs, C02 and other necessary equipment A Dump Bucket for beer samples not consumed (optional)A Rinse Bucket & water (optional)Your Branded Merchandise to sell (no prepared food or alcohol sales permitted at the event)EVENT PROVIDES:$400 stipend if bringing your own tent or a $350 stipend if using our tent.10'x20' space on the grounds to set-up your tent or a 10'x12' space inside the Brewers Tent.Listing on website including logo & link and items being servedEvent posters and marketing material to promote the eventAdvertising online, local radio, TV and publicationsBrewery Stipend (paid 1 week after the festival)Up to 8, 20# bags of ice. You will receive 8 ice cards which can be exchanged for bags of ice.4 complimentary Vendor Passes for your staff. Free food from all food vendors
RULES & STIPEND:You must be set-up and ready to serve by 11:45am.At least one person must staff your booth at all times from 11:45am to 6pm.Last Call is at 5:45. You must stop pouring and start breaking down. You will be able to load inside the park starting at 6pm.You will check-in from 9-11am.Please mail or email invoices after July 24th. You will get instructions in your Vendor Kit.All barrels must be taken with you or picked up by your distributor no later than 7pm on Saturday.The vendor gate will be closed from 11:45am-6pm. All staff must use the main entrance between these times.You are responsible for cleaning up your booth. Please make sure no trash or equipment is left behind.No smoking in tents, there is a designated smoking area near the back of the park.
