PRODUCT SALES, SAMPLING OR PROMOTION
10x10 space inside the stadium for your tent and product sampling, sales or promotion.
2 festival passes for your staff.
You must bring your own tent, tables and chairs.
Set up is between 9am and 11:45am.
You must be ready to serve by 12pm.
You will serve from 12pm-6pm.
You are responsible for all clean up in your booth area.
No religious, sexual or political sales or promotion allowed.
IF SERVING PREPARED FOOD
You must have the proper Health Dept Permits and pass inspection before the festival begins.
You must have a fully functional hand washing station in your booth.
All grease must be dumped in the grease bin provided by Sanimax.
IF SELLING A PRODUCT
You must have the proper Sales Permits before selling. Please email us a copy.
